Comply with standards set forth by the NJ State Board of Nursing and Agency policies. Observe and document residential response to psychotropic and non-psychotropic medications in the Electronic Health Record. Complete APN/Physician orders. Provide on-going nursing assessments and nursing treatments on residents in accordance with NJ nursing licensing standards and Agency policies. Hours: Part-time; every other weekend. Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Education/Experience: Must have completed an accredited LPN program and possess and maintain licensure as a LPN.
