Description
Callen-Lorde is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse, Chelsea to join our integrated team. As an LPN you will play a crucial role in assisting primary care providers, including physicians and mid-level providers, in delivering top-notch patient care. Your responsibilities will include providing general nursing care, assisting with triage, offering patient services, and providing clinical support.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
+ Assist primary care providers in delivering patient care services.
+ Provide general nursing care under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
+ Assist with triage procedures and patient assessments.
+ Offer patient services with empathy and professionalism.
+ Provide clinical support in various healthcare settings.
+ Always ensure confidentiality of patient information.
+ Collaborate effectively with other members of the Nursing team.

Qualifications
+ New York State LPN License
+ Current CPR certification
+ Strong Computer Competency
+ Two years experience in an out-patient clinical setting preferred
+ Experience serving Callen-Lorde's target populations preferred
