This is a combined posting for a Social Worker LCSW and a Licensed Professional Counselor.

The Licensed Professional Counselor practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Licensed Professional Counselor will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. This position will provide specialized psychotherapy services, as described in the CPT, to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified.

Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field Upon hire: Oregon Professional Counselor LicensePreferred Qualifications:
