With a strong commitment to multi-generational planning and tax-efficiency focused advice we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relationship Coordinator to join our team.


Summary

This position provides licensed administrative support to Coopersburg Financial Consultants. This position serves as a resource to Financial Advisors and client/members in handling, researching and communicating inquiries regarding their accounts and supports the daily operations of the practice, including, but not limited to: utilizing Thrivent Financial computer systems and programs in support of client relations, supports securities and insurance related tasks and other administrative tasks as assigned. The Licensed Client Services Administrator reports to and is employed by Coopersburg Financial Consultants.

This is an in-office position in Coopersburg, PA. Compensation ranges from $50,000-$75,000/year dependent upon licensing and experience. Hours for this position are ideally Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. but are negotiable.


Benefits include: 11 paid holidays, 3 PTO days per year to use however desired. Unpaid days negotiable beyond that. PTO days increase with tenure.

Position Roles/Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Handles incoming telephone calls to Coopersburg Financial Consultants and responds to requests for informationResearches inquiries regarding client accountsProvides fund values and answers other securities (including, if appropriately licensed, variable insurance and annuities) product-related questions and/or questions related to investment advisory servicesPrepares or coordinates the preparation of routine correspondence, reports, and special projects typically of a routine natureSupports projects, administration of various programs, and processing functions as neededUpdates the contact management system with client/member contact and preference informationHandling brokerage reportsInput MoneyGuidePro/What If Tax/other client data entry upon request.Assists Financial Advisors in the preparation and follow up for the client/member meetingsCollaborates with financial associates to assist client with product changesVerbal or written communications with prospective or existing customers regarding financial mattersObtaining customer financial informationIssue certificates of insurance, endorsements, binders, commitments, or insurance contractsSupport questions and transactions with variable insurance and annuities products, if appropriately licensedAdditional responsibilities may be assigned in accordance with licensure and business needsManually enter information provided by the FA into electronic application systems and email, lock sign or submit.Note CANNOT be listed as the servicing representative AND need to note their FA is selling agent within the rep questionnaire.

Position Qualifications

Previous administrative/secretarial experience desiredSecurities registered (series 7 & 66 or 6 & 63)Insurance licensed/appointedDemonstrated customer service orientation/experience, 2+ years preferredStrong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce) or ability to learnAbility to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptionsAbility to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information

As part of Coopersburg Financial Consultants' recruiting/hiring/contracting process, a verification of a candidate's background will be made to complete the process. Fingerprints will be required as part of FINRA registration process for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for review against nationwide fingerprint records.
