As a Licensed Customer Service Professional within our Participant Services team, you have the opportunity to bring your expertise to a firm that will champion your development in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. In this role, your work has a direct impact on the lives of clients; our goal is that through providing best-in-class service, and caring enough to ask the difficult questions, you can earn the trust and dedication of our participants. Your daily interactions will be through inbound phone calls with participants of employer-sponsored retirement plans, providing guidance and solutions, as well as long-term investing options. As you build your knowledge and skills with ongoing classroom and hands-on training, you will become a subject matter authority on retirement products and services, consulting with participants in retirement plans to identify needs and offer solutions that can change their futures.  If you are looking to expand your knowledge and skillset in a role where your work is critical and valued, this may be the role for you.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.

NOTE: The office is located at 2309 Gracy Farms Lane, Austin TX and has a start date of Feb 10th, 2025. The position is open to hybrid work post training. Shifts are assigned between 7:00 AM and 9:00pm Central; Monday - Friday.

Required Qualifications

Series 7, 63 (or equivalent), required with registration in all 50 statesFlexibility to work Monday-Friday anytime between 7:00am – 9:00pm CST based on contact center needs

Preferred Qualifications

Strong candidates will have robust written and verbal communication skills. These are vital to the consultative process when recommending appropriate solutions while also educating our participants.
