This will include: + Anti-Piracy and Licence Compliance + Corporate + Employment and Investigations + Disputes + Global dimension **Responsibilities:** + Supporting across the Legal Operations Team + Assisting on global anti-piracy and licence compliance cases + Disputes issues with partners, suppliers and customers both pre action and when proceedings are issued + Assisting on HR matters with employee related issues + The full range of corporate issues including intercompany aspects, m&a and legal entity rationalisation. **Important Working Relationships:** + Anti-Piracy and Licence Compliance Senior Counsel and wider team + Director of Corporate + Director of Litigation + Director of Employment **Skills and Qualifications:** + Ability to grasp and interpret complex data + Strong influencing and negotiation skills + Excellent communication skills, both written and oral + Ability to build rapport and relationships with internal teams + Ability to work independently + Understanding of Intellectual Property laws + Experience and/or exposure to the software industry (advantageous) + Exposure to software piracy and licence compliance (advantageous) **UK Benefits include:** Flexible benefits fund, emergency leave days, adoption leave, 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), pension, life cover, private medical insurance, parental leave, education assistance program.
