Block Part Time Sanitation Lemoore, California (Fresno Area) At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role is PT Sanitation Rate ($24.20). + 1st Shift (10:00AM 3:00PM) Summary Description: The employee is responsible for the sanitary condition of the entire Block Dept. Job Description + At all times, operate in a manner consistent with safe operating procedures. + Responsible for the safe and adequate sanitation of assigned equipment and area in the Block Department in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). + Responsible for the daily cleaning of conveyors and equipment in your assigned daily area. + Maintain Master Sanitation logs and paperwork for respective area. + Responsible for the daily cleaning and operation of footbaths and foot-foamers. + Responsible for the safe retrieval of chemicals from allocation areas. + Required to work on drains. + Responsible for safe allocation of daily cleaning chemicals. + Maintain Master Sanitation logs and paperwork for respective areas. + Adhere to all Company and regulatory GMPs and PPEs. + Track and record daily chemical inventories. + Communicate between, co-workers, departments and supervision as required. + Must successfully complete JTPR and consistently perform work according to SOP. + MES navigation and computer data entry (cheese sample results, cage load & unload tracking). + Perform other duties as assigned. You Have At Least (Required Qualifications): + Knowledge of sanitary GMPs. + Physical requirements to perform job as defined in the essential job function. + Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions. + Computer literacy. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities/Competencies: + Ability to speak, read, and write the English language. + Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. + Ability to access elevated work areas such as climbing ladders/stairs. + Ability to understand and apply standard operating procedures. + Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and comply with all applicable safety practices. + Ability to work any shift, weekends, and holidays.
