As our Level Digital Manager you will be based in our office in Gothenburg but also working closely with our colleagues in the US. You will together with our marketing, digital, and product management team drive our digital presence to excellence.

The Customer Experience team, where this role is based, focus on enhancing the customer experience across digital, in-person and installed interactions, including managing the Level Innovation Center in Gothenburg. We are part of the Strategy and Market Development organization aligning the Level organization to develop the strategic direction, customer success, industry development and alternative channels, all key to grow the Level business. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:New Product Development Digital Leadership:
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the product company on all NPD deliverables impacting business systems and digital strategies. Drive improvements in the NPD projects, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, IT, Customer Care, and Digital Experience teams to ensure seamless integration of NPD deliverables. Hold sign-off authority on behalf of the product company for all digital business system deliverables, ensuring they meet quality and strategic standards. Digital Strategy and Content Creation: Own the digital strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives. Together with Marketing create compelling and impactful content to enhance brand visibility and support new product launches. Alignment of Digital Sales Tools: Take ownership of aligning digital sales tools, including Emerson.com, MyEmerson, Level tech advisor, competitor comparison tool, calculators, and digital demos. Optimize tools to enhance the overall sales process and user experience. E-Store Model Code Optimization: Develop and implement a strategy for optimizing the e-store model code. Act as the Level representative in ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.Identify new markets and channels for product distribution, ensuring effective reach and impact.

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Marketing, Engineering, Business or related field. Min 5 years of working experience Proven experience in digital management and new product development. Strong understanding of digital sales tools, e-commerce, and online optimization. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership in driving improvements and achieving business objectives. Creative approach with a focus on digital strategy and content creation. Ability to influence and make decisions at a strategic level. Prior knowledge of various AI tools is beneficial.
