His work as a CSP (Subscription Sales Specialist) Sales Specialist will be instrumental in positioning Lenovo as a leader in cloud subscription services. With its superior sales experience of 5 years or more, excellent customer service skills, and passion for technology, it will deliver exceptional and innovative business solutions that complement Lenovo's PC and Enterprise products. Expert with 5+ experience in sales, consulting, negotiation and customer success in the field of Microsoft CSP (Cloud Service Provider) and in-depth, expert and proven knowledge in administration and sale of Microsoft Enterprise Agreement contracts at the mid market account, global account, enterprise account and government level. The primary objective of this position is to help resell Microsoft licensing in the CSP model, on both direct and indirect routes. In addition, it will detect, promote and close the service businesses (migration, management, configuration, etc.) that arise from the sale of the licenses themselves. You will have constant interaction with the commercial teams of Lenovo's Global, Relational and SMB segments to detect and develop opportunities, but you must have relationships with accounts by yourself to develop and close opportunities by yourself, without relying on external teams. Cybersecurity knowledge in the Microsoft portfolio (Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Pervue, Microsoft Sentinel, Managed XDR, Thread Protection, Thread T An important value will also be given to the candidate's work at Microsoft in the areas relevant to the position, or as a certified business partner in Microsoft technologies. Candidates must show a relevant track record in meeting their sales quotas, taking care of their margin and profit. You must be an expert in customer service, grow opportunities within accounts, have precise control of opportunities and their maturation (CRM), as well as interact effectively and efficiently with Lenovo's internal teams (other areas of sales, operations, management).  The use of Microsoft office tools is essential, as well as a medium to high level in the English language. Whether it's prospecting new business, enabling account managers to generate new leads, or providing ongoing support to retain existing customers, your role as a subscription sales specialist is strategic to expanding strategic relationships with Lenovo customers.
