Legal Specialist in litigation and labor

Experience in labor law, commercial law, penal law, and administrative law is desirable. Experience in coordination with external law firms, knowledge of the applicable regulations for Specialized Services (REPSE), social security-labor, and fluent English language skills.

I. **Litigation**
a) Attend, follow up, and coordinate labor, commercial, penal, and administrative lawsuits of FoM and FCM with external law firms in different locations; b) Implement projects to mitigate the number or contingency of FoM and FCM lawsuits; c) Attend and follow up on criminal complaints related to fake FoM and FCM websites, theft of units, computer equipment, and cell phones; d) Attend and follow up on demands for child support from FoM and FCM employees, verifying compliance with the authorities.
II. **Authority Requirements**
a) Follow up on requirements from authorities, such as competition law matters, Labor and STPS inspections. b) Follow up on complaints and processes before PROFECO (Federal Consumer Protection Agency).
III. **Payments**
a) Make payments to external law firms in charge of OGC (Office of General Counsel).
IV. **Consultations**
a) Attend to consultations from different FoM and FCM departments, being the point of contact with Human Resources, Labor Relations, Purchasing, and Company Cars departments. b) Provide general advisory services on labor law, especially regarding specialized services and legal initiatives and their potential impact on FoM and FCM.
V. **Agreements, Contracts, and Others**
a) Prepare, review, or renew agreements and contracts requested by assigned departments, including Service Provision, REPSE, and others; b) Register contracts signed by FoM and FCM in the system. c) Prepare and follow up on progress reports and presentations to management.
