As a Legal Counsel - SOLA at Kantar, you will play a crucial role in reducing legal risks and supporting the company's objectives across Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Bolivia. What you’ll be doing
Provide general legal advice, primarily involving data protection, civil law, tax, and labour law.Act as a Business Partner for all internal clients, coordinating all labour, civil, criminal, and tax litigation.Work closely with external and internal lawyers to develop legal strategies with a preventive focus on claims.Analyse, draft, and negotiate major highly complex national and international contracts.Act directly in all corporate matters, including drafting minutes, regularising articles of association, powers of attorney, and regularizing subsidiariesThe skills & experience needed as Legal Counsel
Law degree and registration with the Bar Association.Significant experience in senior legal positions.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Fluent in English (oral and written).Experience working in highly matrixed organizations and in an international company is a plus.Proactive attitude aimed at preventing and solving problems.Legal vision integrated into the business.Hands-on profile with client focus, adaptability, and resilience.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with different stakeholders.High negotiation skillsWhat’s in it for you
