What are your responsibilities?

Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of business matters for private and public customers in Belgium and abroad. Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements. Collaborate with various departments as well as internal and external stakeholders to support business initiatives. Manage and mitigate legal risks and defend Siemens’ interests. Serve as a business partner for the claim and opportunity management. Manage legal proceedings and external counsels.

What are your skills?

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a well-respected law firm or as an inhouse lawyer. Knowledge in Belgian public tender law or the willingness to familiarise yourself quickly. Language requirements (both written and oral): Dutch or French fluent (with a good knowledge of the other language) and English

What about education?

You have a Belgian Law degree from an accredited law school and completion of traineeship as a qualified lawyer.
