Job Title: Legal Counsel

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified Legal Counsel to join our client’s team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a law degree from a leading university and at least 5 years of post-qualified experience. Prior in-house experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Manage legal risks and provide strategic legal guidance. Qualifications: Law degree from a leading university. Minimum of 5 years post-qualified experience. Prior in-house experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with the marine/energy segments is a distinctive advantage. Corporate and commercial transactional experience is also welcome. Strong command of English law (multi-jurisdictional experience is a plus). Impeccable command of the English language. Postgraduate qualifications in the UK/US are an advantage. Ability to speak other languages (French, Portuguese, or Spanish) is a plus.
