LLB qualification (Bachelors of Law) Relevant working experience in a corporate & business environment Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures Offer legal guidance and advice Clarify legal language Draft and review legal contracts and agreements Negotiate settlement terms and conditions Guide management through litigation processes when required Review business and tax strategies to identify potential risk
