Qualification in Finance, Completed SAIPA articles beneficial Previous knowledge of lawyer trust account bookkeeping essential Essential to be coming from a Conveyancing firm and handling the financial side thereof AJS experience, and Excel advanced Lexis Nexis KYC Banking platforms:  FNB, ABSA including Incl AMS investment platform, Standard Bank including TPFA Investment Platform, Nedbank including Corporate Saver investment platform For all investment platform mentioned above: Drafting of Guarantees Opening & closing of investments Posting of interest on client’s investments Capturing receipts Trust journals Payments by use of requisitions Corrections on incorrectly posted fees and write-offs Client investment duties on various investment platforms:  Corporate Saver, Standard Bank TPFA, ABSA AMS Opening and closing of Investments on all platforms Drafting Guarantees Monthly interest journals for client investment accounts and reconciliations Monthly Trust bank reconciliations:  FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank, ABSA Management of advocate payments during the month Trustworthy Good time management and deadline driven
