Location: Los Angeles (100% On-Site)\n

What We're Looking For:\n

We are seeking an assistant to provide daily administrative support to the Agency's Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel and operational support to the Legal and Compliance functions in a highly professional and confidential manner. This position also provides administrative support to C-suite executives and manages the corporate and legal records. The assistant to the CCO\/GC represents the C-suite acting as an administrative liaison to Board members, internal staff and external stakeholders.\n
\n

Key Responsibilities\n\nResponsible for a heavy administrative workload that consists of filing, processing invoices, tracking expenses, ordering supplies, preparing routine correspondence and reports, scheduling meetings, and assisting with set up for events and meetings.\nAssist CCO\/GC with coordinating trainings and preparing training materials.\nPreparing corporate filings, meeting agendas, minutes and corporate resolutions. \nManage the contract routing, execution, and maintenance process for the department.\nReceive and respond to subpoenas and other document requests.\nAssist with the coordination of insurance renewals and requests for certificates of insurance.\nWork on special projects and other tasks as assigned by CCO\/GC. \n\n

Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\n\nBachelor's degree or paralegal certificate required.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience providing administrative support to a senior level executive. \nMinimum of 1 year experience working in a corporate legal or compliance department or law firm. \nSignificant experience managing an executive's busy calendar, including prioritizing meetings and ensuring relevant documents are available or prepared.\nAbility to maintain and uphold strict confidentiality.\nDemonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills.\nAbility to work on multiple tasks with attention to detail.\nAbility to remain calm under the pressure of tight deadlines and changing priorities.\nAbility to communicate with tact and diplomacy with all levels of employees including C-suite team, Board members and other stakeholders.\nDemonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to timely and accurately prepare corporate minutes.\nBe able to problem solve and drive administrative task forward in the absence of the CCO\/GC.\nMust be technically savvy to quickly learn and operate technology platforms such as Zoom, and Agency's Board portal and intranet site. \nActively contributes to the team for the successful completion of projects.\n\n
