The Legal Assistant/Paralegal will support attorneys by handling administrative tasks, legal research, and case preparation in a dynamic law firm environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a background in legal assistance or paralegal work and be highly skilled in legal documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and prepare legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Conduct research on legal matters, including statutes, regulations, and case law.
Organize and manage case files, keeping detailed records of legal documents and ensuring compliance with court requirements.
Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and third parties to collect necessary information and documents.
Maintain the attorney???s calendar, including scheduling meetings, depositions, and court dates.
Handle filing, scanning, and managing confidential information following firm protocols.
Assist in trial preparation and provide support during court proceedings as needed.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Paralegal certification or degree in legal studies.
Experience with case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase).
Bilingual proficiency (if relevant to client needs).

Associate

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
Proficiency with legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and document formatting.
