Legal Analyst - Graduate
**DESCRIPTION** **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage compliance by mapping, identifying, and addressing potential gaps to uphold legal standards and mitigate risks. + Provide end-to-end legal support in project management and execution. + Conduct approximately 10+ trainings for purchasing every year. + Offer advisory support to various business units, addressing a wide range of legal inquiries and concerns, including disputes and regulatory matters to mitigate legal risks and optimize business operations. + Conduct legal research on a wide range of topics, including regulatory compliance, case law, and industry standards. + Analyze legal issues and provide recommendations or solutions to support business objectives. + Manage litigation and corporate governance matters, including regulatory filings. + Review basic documents and routine contracts, address legal questions, and assist on projects under the supervision of an attorney. + Undertake directed legal research and work with more experienced attorneys to understand the application of legal analysis. + Build professional experience and learn the practical aspects of applied law, as well as the functions of the business. + Manage small portions of well-defined projects and provide administrative and logistics support for a project team and project manager. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Qualifications:** + Degree in Law. + License to practice law in home jurisdiction (can be obtained during Graduate program). + This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. **Competencies:** + **Values Differences:** Recognizing the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization. + **Action Oriented:** Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. + **Balances Stakeholders:** Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders. + **Communicates Effectively:** Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. + **Customer Focus:** Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. + **Global Perspective:** Taking a broad view when approaching issues, using a global lens. + **Legal Acumen:** Demonstrates knowledge in substantive legal specialty and general knowledge of legal issues affecting the manufacturing industry. + **Manages Complexity:** Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. + **Optimizes Work Processes:** Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement. + **Plans and Aligns:** Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals. + **Project Management:** Establishes and maintains the balance of scope, schedule, and resources for a temporary effort (a “project”).
