Senior Analyst, Pharmaceutical and Medical Technology Patent Litigation Analyst

What You'll Do:

Work closely with Global Head of Healthcare to plan primary research content that will cover patent litigations within pharma and medtech patent litigations. Monitor pharma and medtech patient litigations, keep track of the court filings, court procedures, trials and opinions. Write reports that provides clients the overview patents being litigated, status of the litigations and the next steps in the process, and summary of the relevant court filings. Lead interviews as a moderator featuring expert patent lawyers to discuss the patent litigation outcomes. Prepare for interviews by reading court filings, public company SEC filings, reviewing investor presentations, monitoring news releases and analyzing Wall Street research reports.

What you have:

Juris Doctorate in patent law Minimum 5 years of work experience in a law firm with pharma and medtech patent litigation role. Experience and Ability to lead a team of junior moderators and sales professionals Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels Intellectual curiosity and desire to research and learn on a daily basis   Excellent written and verbal communication skills Effective time management and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

What we offer:

The annual base salary for this position is $175,000 - $200,000. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
