Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced Legal Advisor to join their head office in Gauteng!

Responsibilities:

Provide general legal advise to the company’s various departments Manage budgets and relationships with external lawyers, timeously. To structure, negotiate, and draft or review commercial contracts To provide legal advice on how to structure commercial transactions

 

Requirements:

Grade 12 Bachelor of Law (LLB) 5 years’ experience working as a Legal Advisor in a mining environment Code 8 Driver’s License
