Are you someone who can:
Draft, review and manage the procurement contracting process from inception to implementation;Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders, that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions.Apply a customer-centric approach, to ensure customer satisfaction, albeit to internal customers.Develop tactical strategy and delivery plans in support of functional strategic objectives in partnership with leadership.Implement and abide by policies, procedures, standards and frameworks to efficiently manage adherence to procurement practice and provide thought leadership.Demonstrate leadership behaviour through personal involvement, commitment, and dedication in support of organisational values.Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders throughout the procurement continuum;Monitor changes in legislation, regulations, initiatives and relevant industry practices and be able to find application for this within the existing procurement environment, whilst always striving to limit the risk exposure of the Group.You will be an ideal candidate if you:
Have an LLB or LLM degree;A honed ability to draft and review commercial contracts in a dynamic and fast-changing environment and exceptional attention to detail;Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior specialist level;Experience in drafting and negotiating agreements in the Information Technology space, including software, cloud and SaaS agreements, with at least 2 years of experience herein is required.You will have access to:
