Job DescriptionTo interpret and implement business instructions: (i) to draft, review, update and negotiate moderately complex, bespoke legal agreements and client facing documents in accordance with business requirements and applicable laws; (ii) to provide comprehensive legal advice to multiple business areas on commercial legal matters; (iii) to conduct legal research; (iv) to identify, manage and mitigate legal risks; all in accordance with the legal entity mandate, policies and regulatory requirements.

5-7 years
Proven experience in the provision of legal advice, drafting, vetting, review, dissemination and/or negotiation, with at least 5 years' experience within the legal and/or financial and/or corporate/commercial sectors. Identification and mitigation of legal risk. At least 3 years' people management experience (not necessarily direct reports), where applicable.
