Work you’ll do
Interacts with a diverse set of customers via inbound phone calls, emails and forms requests from employees, regarding the administration of the Deloitte’s leave management and other benefit plans by performing the following duties individually or in collaboration with co-workers.
Coordinates administration of Deloitte Leaves and Disabilities Policies for US employees.Leverage SOPs, program documents, company policies and Federal/State leave laws to process various leave transactionsProvide support for general inquiriesProvide clear guidance to employees while balancing the right level of knowledge sharing with empathyEnsure accuracy in processing and completion of appropriate documentation for employee recordsMaintain confidential and highly sensitive informationWorks autonomously, identifies problems and priorities, performs research, determines follow-up steps and resolves issues or escalates to senior Leaves team members.Delivers service that meets or exceeds team objectives as measured by agreed upon metrics.Serve as backup support for Leaves Sr. SpecialistsParticipate in team projects as needed and performs other job-related duties as assignedPartner with Leaves Sr. Specialists to gain expertise in various Leaves types

The Employee Lifecycle Events (ELE) team is part of the Talent Services (TS) channel of the Deloitte Talent Organization. Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and minimum of 2 years of direct Leaves or Human Resources Generalist experience with an interest in a career in Leaves AdministrationKnowledge of policy/regulation compliance such as FMLA, disability, firm and federal/state policies in order to deal effectively with complex leaves situationsMicrosoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, and ExcelExperience with HRIS systems or working with cloud-based applications like SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or other applications for HR / TalentAbility to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentAbility to identify issues and escalate accordinglyA high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality and ability to work in a highly confidential environmentAbility to interface with all levels within the firmMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
Experience with Leave Administration applicationsExperience in a professional services firm or large/matrix-driven corporation with overseas or outsourced operationsAbility to adapt to a changing environment and to approach challenges with creativity and resourcefulness
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $49,400- $91,000.
