Job description:
Capgemini has a need for a professional, energetic, and enthusiastic Leave Administration Tower Lead to join its North America HR Shared Services team. The Leave Administration Tower Lead will be responsible for activities within the end-to-end leave administration life cycle and will support the company’s transformation and business deliverables. The role will interface primarily with the HR Services towers (Recruit to Hire, Separations, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll, Immigration and Mobility) team members locally and in India, and HR Business Partners. The position is ideally located in Chicago, IL but is flexible.
The breadth of responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following functional areas:
• Management and tracking of onshore and offshore activities for Leave Administration Tower including but not limited to; Leave Case Management, Absence Management, Vendor Relations, Standard Operating Procedures, Maintaining Employee Records, Ad Hoc Reporting, Training and HR Operations Support.
• Manage operational controls for Leave Administration processes across North America, collaborating and driving compliance with other units for government compliance tracking, reporting.
• Deliver flexible, robust, timely and strategic case management of all Leave Administration Cases across North America through a centralized model
• Manage the development of Leave Administration policies and programs in partnership with the Leadership, the Policy Team, and other stakeholders
• Manage process, policy, and technology transformation as required.


Key Responsibilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience gained in either an HR Supervisor role or equivalent experience practicing in Leave Administration, Benefits, or similar HR operations role
• Experience dealing with US State Leave Laws and Canada Statutory Provincial Laws and practices
• Experience managing data in an HR systems and Workflows; SAP Success Factors experience preferred
• Experience in Excel is required
• Experience working in a shared services environment or having held a cross-functional role in a professional services organization
• Proven success in managing transformation through people, process and/or technology
• Proven track record for running both large and small projects
• Experience or exposure to working and collaborating with an offshore team

The base salary range for the tagged location is $78,500 - $134,600 This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
