In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business and being the face of Residences Water Square Apartments in Detroit Michigan! We are looking for someone with management and sales experience in leasing apartments.

Responsibilities:

Effective management of the leasing team Scheduling appointments to view the community Presenting the available apartments in a friendly and knowledgeable fashion Represent the company in a professional manager Assist in generating traffic through active participation in the community’s marketing strategy Maintain the community’s customer base with an effective resident retention program Answering phones, greeting potential clients and showing model apartments. Fielding general questions regarding rental units and property features. Assisting potential clients in completing rental applications and lease agreements. Miscellaneous clerical duties as required.

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and professional demeanor Candidates must have a valid driver’s license Candidates must be able to work on Saturdays Excellent sales and marketing abilities are necessary Excellent communication and organizational skills are required Candidates must have at least 3 years of leasing or property management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must, at least a basic skill level, intermediate level preferred Knowledge of Yardi is preferred
