As a Leasing Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring safe living environments in assigned properties by addressing concerns, maintaining compliance, and supporting residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Leasing: Handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations effectively.Application Processing: Process applications and maintain organized files.Inquiry Handling: Address inquiries and coordinate resident services efficiently.Maintenance Oversight: Oversee maintenance and ensure property compliance.Rent Management: Manage rent collection and maintain resident communications.Retention Strategies: Implement resident retention strategies and ensure annual inspections.Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.Experience Preferred: Two years of experience in a similar role.Bachelor’s Degree in a human services-related field is preferred.Required License/Certification:
Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.Additional Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse groups.Attention to detail and high accuracy in handling information.Physical Requirements:
