Specific responsibilities include: + Lease and pre-lease units + Tours of property in all weather + Assist current residents with leases, maintenance, or questions + Ensure model apartments are ready for the show daily + Help maintain a neat office/clubhouse- vacuum, clean windows, etc. + Assist with retention, resident parties, and renewals + Emails, phone calls, and keeping detailed track of information. What You Bring: + High School diploma or equivalent + Excellent customer service skills, technologically proficient, and Self-Starter. + Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Suite + Valid Driver's License + Customer service experience preferred.
