What this opportunity involves:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and solution-driven Leasing Analyst. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for retail leases and business analytics to join our team in Melbourne.

This role focuses on transaction management reporting for our client's national retail portfolio. You will collaborate with various stakeholders from Leasing to Property Management to ensure precise and timely transactional data reporting. Your insights will drive process improvements and enhance reporting efficiencies through automation.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the Melbourne CBD. The office location provides convenient access to trams and trains.

Snapshot of the roles:

Prepare, manage, and coordinate reports to detail portfolio performance.Collaborate with leasing, lease admin, property management, and paralegal teams for accurate data delivery.Maintain an up-to-date leasing WIP database for seamless reporting.Distribute regular portfolio management reports, including monthly Total Portfolio Summary, Active Retail Portfolio, Retail Leasing WIP and Key Lease Events Report.Develop strategies for risk mitigation, ensuring governance and data integrity.Identify and resolve data-related issues, enhancing data quality over time.Address client requests and resolve issues swiftly.

Requirements:

Tertiary education in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline Good understanding of retail leasing and key drivers in retail space Proven experience in property industry with relevant analytical and diagnostic skills Prior experience in retail property accounting will be highly regarded Sound communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders Flexible to changing situations and ability to deal with ambiguityDemonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines.Advanced proficiency in Excel and a sound understanding of IT systems
