Bonney Staffing is partnering with a residential housing agency to look for a skilled professional with exceptional customer service skills and applicable experience.   Qualified candidate will be an integral stakeholder during the process of securing safe and affordable housing.

The Residential Administrator job in Lewiston, Maine is responsible for leasing apartments; making sure applicants and residents are eligible for the low-income tax credit housing program; maintaining strong resident relations and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll have a solid understanding of working with many types of people and personalities. This is a full-time day shift position.  

Residential Administrator Qualifications:  College graduate  Knowledge of housing programs preferred Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills. Familiarity with income tax credit housing program;  Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
