The Revenue Accountant will analyze tenant proposal forms validating information and identifying potential financial losses to the organization. Additionally, they will consult with Leasing Executive highlighting such risks and recommending alternative solutions\r\n

Duties will be to:\r\nManage TPF through every stage of the Leasing process ensuring deals are imported in Yardi on a timely basis\r\nHelp facilitate accurate financial and operational reporting.\r\nCalculate monthly recoveries and post the recovery accruals.\r\n\r\n
