We are seeking a strong manager to oversee our Lease Underwriting Department at our national headquarters. This leadership role is responsible for staff management and the accurate and timly process of milt-state leases and contracts.

Lead, train, evaluate, and manage the Underwriting department.Review, approve, and deny lease agreements, both with and without special provisions.Serve as the primary point of contact with credit reporting agencies.Oversee the utility conversion process and ensure timely updates.Update lease documents as needed.Perform additional tasks as assigned.Qualifications
Qualifications
