Responsibilities

Lead, train, evaluate, and manage the Underwriting department.Review, approve, and deny lease agreements, both with and without special provisions.Serve as the primary point of contact with credit reporting agencies.Oversee the utility conversion process and ensure timely updates.Update lease documents as needed.Perform additional tasks as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in training and managing teams responsible for processing tasks.Strong decision-making skills and the ability to assess complex situations.Exceptional attention to detail.Knowledge of fair-housing laws.Multi-family property management experience a plus.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management, including company partners.Experience managing finance and loan processing staff is a plus.
