As the Lease Administrator, you will be the trusted real estate expert with a complete understanding of leases, market economics, and rents. You will take ownership of the leasing process, but also have the opportunity to expand into other areas in a supportive team environment! Responsibilities include:  Key Responsibilities: Review, interpret, and manage lease agreements, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations. Maintain and update lease management software with key terms, critical dates, and financial obligations. Track rent payments, escalations, renewals, expirations, and other important lease-related dates. Communicate with landlords, tenants, property managers, and internal departments to resolve lease-related issues. Prepare lease abstracts, summaries, and financial reports for senior management. Manage vendors analyzing CAM expenses and property tax obligations. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices. Work closely with finance and accounting teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation of lease payments. Assist in audits and provide necessary lease documentation as required. Handle lease-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, finance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in lease administration, property management, or a related role. Strong understanding of lease agreements, financial terms, and real estate principles. Proficiency in lease management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders. Knowledge of FASB/GAAP lease accounting standards is a plus.
