Your role and responsibilitiesWe are seeking an operative and strategic Technical Training Coordinator to organize, manage and deliver training programs for different personas. This role involves planning, resource management, and continuous improvement of the required training infrastructure and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training coordination, training delivery, customer care, and process optimization, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for enhancing learning experiences.Key Responsibilities:•\tTraining Coordination, delivery and resource management•\tEvent and (virtual) meeting organization, preparation, and post-processing\t•\tInternal and external customer care•\tGlobal collaboration and support beyond team boundaries•\tProcess improvement and documentation•\tUtilization of IT Tools and Systems (SharePoint, LMS, etc.) •\tWebsite, marketing and promotion for training products and services
Qualifications for the rolePreferred: Completed Studies in the field of Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or similar Proven experience in training coordination and customer service.Additional certifications in training or instructional design are an advantage.Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using IT tools such as SharePoint, SAP, M365, and LMS systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
