\nThe Learning Systems Administrator leads the planning and execution required to deliver high quality, accessible learning and development solutions to our employees globally, with a relentless focus on continual improvement, innovation, and user experience. This role serves as the administrator for our Learning Management System and as a site owner for the Learning & Development Center on our employee-facing intranet. Primary areas of focus are the day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System to manage learning assignments and to configure, test, upload, and maintain learning courses, programs, and curricula. The Learning Systems Administrator works closely with PitchBook Learning teammates to consult, recommend solutions, and develop and deliver on technology-enabled learning programs leveraging the Learning Management System and the Learning & Development Center. In addition, this role serves as the expert on reporting from the Learning Management System through managing evaluation instruments within the platform, building and running custom reports, and enabling others to access data through the platform. The Learning Systems Administrator also owns and maintains the relationship with our enterprise Learning Management System administrator, collaborating to ensure the effectiveness of Learning Management System administration for PitchBook employees.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
\n\nOwn and lead the administration of the Cornerstone Learning Management System \nManage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) by collaborating with instructional designers and program managers to maintain the LMS content quality, access to learning, and high-quality user experience \nDevelop, build, and maintain all elements related to LMS functionality, including but not limited to content integrations and creation, curricula, LMS structure, program/course assignments, and reporting \nProvide end-user troubleshooting and issue resolution and monitor reoccurring issues, system/data or process gaps, and proactively identify improvements and enhancements \nDevelop standardized LMS operational processes, procedures, guidelines, and documentation related to LMS use and maintenance \nTrain and enable teammates to self-serve as appropriate to build, sustain, and support learning courses, learning paths, and curricula within the LMS, including creating job aids and conducting 1:1 and team training\nDevelop consistent LMS reporting templates and respond to ad-hoc requests for training records and compliance metrics \nStay current on LMS and learning technology industry trends, vendors, and best practices, ensuring that PitchBook Learning leverages emerging technologies to deliver best-in-class employee development \nAssist with other HR or content services platforms beyond the LMS as a subject matter expert for learning technology \nSet performance goals and project deadlines that align with PBLearning’s larger plans \nDelegate appropriate LMS-related tasks/workflow to the HR Operations Specialist as needed, track progress, and provide constructive feedback throughout the execution \nSupport the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors \nParticipate in various company initiatives and projects as requested \n\n\n
Skills and Qualifications:
\n\nBachelor’s degree required\n5+ years previous experience in administering learning and content management systems (Cornerstone strongly preferred)\nKnowledge and experience with online learning protocols (e.g., SCORM, AICC, Tin Can/xAPI) \nExperience implementing technology to support Learning & Development programs \nProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Forms, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily\nAble to build effective relationships with immediate team and cross functional partners for problem-solving of technical/process challenges \nStrong verbal and written communication skills \nStrong consultative skills and a self-starter with a proactive approach to resolving problems and issues \nAble to juggle multiple priorities and complete work with a high level of quality and attention to detail \nBring a customer service mentality to the work \nWork well independently and as part of teams \nDuties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material \nDuties require periodically working outside normal working hours (evenings or early mornings) \n\n\n

Compensation
\n\nAnnual base salary: $100,000-$115,000\nTarget annual bonus percentage: 10%\n\n\n
*Starting pay will be based on several factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be different ranges for candidates by location.

Working Conditions:
\nWe believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. We also know that it’s helpful to have some flexibility to work remotely. Most roles work in the office 3+ days/week, and some are expected to work in the office 4-5 days/week. The current expectation for this role is that you are working in the office 3+ days/week and that you are in the office full-time during the training period, for which the length varies by role. During an initial phone screen, the team will discuss expectations for this specific position.
\nThe job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
