About the role: 

The Learning Media Producer is critical in supporting the Customer Enablement team by developing high-quality video and graphic content that drives product adoption, customer engagement, and overall success. This role combines motion graphics, video production, and visual design expertise to simplify complex topics and deliver visually engaging learning experiences for customers, partners, and internal teams. 

Working cross-functionally, the Learning Media Producer collaborates with teams across Enablement, Training, Product, and Customer Success to create polished multimedia assets—such as explainer videos, interactive tutorials, animations, and branded graphics. With full ownership of the production process, this role ensures that all materials align with brand guidelines, resonate with diverse audiences, and support key business objectives, including adoption, retention, and satisfaction. 

Your contribution will be:  

Content Creation

Produce engaging videos, animations, and graphics to support customer training, onboarding, and enablement initiatives Plan, create, and edit video content, incorporating voiceovers, music, animations, and transitions for a professional, polished outcome.
Motion Graphics: Design and integrate motion graphics, text effects, and animations to enhance storytelling and content clarity. Graphic Design: Develop branded visual assets, including illustrations, infographics, thumbnails, templates, and other graphics for courses and enablement resources. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Enablement, Training, Product, and Customer Success teams to understand content needs, goals, and audience requirements. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring alignment with evolving priorities and product updates. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with trends in video production, motion graphics, and multimedia design to introduce new tools, creative approaches, and techniques. Brand Consistency: Ensure all deliverables adhere to corporate brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel across video and visual assets. 

To be successful, we think you need:  

Bachelor’s degree in visual design, motion graphics, film production, multimedia arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Three to five years of experience producing high-quality videos, motion graphics, and visual design assets. Proven experience creating multimedia content in a SaaS, technical enablement, or customer success environment. Portfolio showcasing video production, animation, and graphic design capabilities.
