Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Learning Manager to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As a Learning Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our organization's learning and development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enhancing employee performance across all levels.

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning programs aligned with organizational goals and objectivesConduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvementCreate and manage a diverse range of learning content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutionsCollaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training programs meet specific business needsManage the learning management system and maintain up-to-date training recordsEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback and data analysisDevelop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendorsStay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and developmentCoach and mentor employees to support their professional growth and career developmentEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in training deliveryManage the training budget and resources effectivelyPromote a positive learning culture that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Qualifications

 

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior training roleProven track record in designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programsStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organizationProficiency in  e-learning authoring tools, and Microsoft Office SuiteIn-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and ability to develop e-learning contentStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and adapt to changing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to analyze training needs, measure training effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement initiativesExperience in managing training budgets and resources effectivelyKnowledge of local culture and business practices in the UAE, with flexibility to work in a diverse team environment
