Learning Management Systems Analyst

The LMS Analyst works as a member of the training team to analyze, implement and maintain the course administration side of the learning management system. This position will work closely with System, Project Managers and Developers to maintain the effectiveness and efficiency of Dignity University.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Responsible for general testing, bi-annual release review and testing, and quality control of Dignity UniversityMonitors projects and system deliverables for the development teamReviews Workday Community for new programs, processes and procedures and future system upgradesGenerates and customizes training report statistics on a monthly basisAnalyzes reports for trend analysis and accuracyManages the back-up and annual course review process for the department, working with the Compensation DepartmentCollaborates with stakeholders to understand report statistics and needsContinually assesses report needs and takes initiative to improve statistical reportingCollaborates with stakeholders to understand assignment requests and reasoning and provides alternative solutions, when needed

Provide Administrative Support

Implements and maintains all course activities in the learning management system and concurrent databases in a timely mannerImplements and maintains resource activities and assessments in the systemSupports and initiates development team’s processes and proceduresOversees and documents the administrative processes for the development teamAssists the SCI Service Center with Heat ticket resolutionsWorks on special projectsCommunicates and manages 3rd party vendor relationships/contractsThis is not an all-inclusive list of the essential functions or duties related to this job

MINIMUM Requirements

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience

Two (2) years of Report Development and AnalysisTwo (2) years Learning Management system preferredTwo (2) years Workday experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Analytical skills, including research skills, ability to interpret data, ability to conceptualize, ability to analyze informationProficient knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and PowerPointExcellent communication, organizational and problem solving skillsAbility to learn and adapt to new technology and systemsAbility to set priorities, flexibility to change priorities quickly and sensitivity to know when change is appropriateEye for detail and quality assurance
