Summary

Learning & Development Specialist -The Learning Specialist III  plays a critical role in designing, evaluating, and optimizing learning delivery methods across various formats, including in-person, virtual, blended, and self-paced e-learning. This role ensures the alignment of learning modalities with organizational goals, audience needs, and content requirements, leveraging innovative technologies and best practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences

Responsibilities Modality Strategy Evaluate and recommend appropriate delivery methods (e.g., virtual instructor-led training (VILT), e-learning, microlearning, mobile learning) based on content, audience, and business goals. Develop and maintain a framework for determining the most effective modality for different types of learning objectives. Stay updated on emerging learning technologies and industry trends to enhance delivery options. Content Design and Adaptation Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and trainers to adapt content for multiple modalities. Ensure consistency, accessibility, and quality across all delivery formats. Pilot and test new modalities to assess effectiveness and learner engagement. Implementation and Support Oversee the deployment of learning modalities, ensuring technical and logistical readiness for smooth delivery. Provide guidance and training to facilitators, instructional designers, and program managers on the use of selected modalities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to modality delivery, such as platform compatibility or learner accessibility challenges. Analytics and Continuous Improvement Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., learner engagement, completion rates, knowledge retention) for different modalities. Collect feedback from learners and facilitators to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement enhancements to delivery methods based on data-driven insights and best practices. Education
