About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a full-time Learning Development Manager to join the team. In your role, you will be responsible for the learning and development strategy in the hotel while also supporting the Director of Human Resources in the day to day operations of the HR department. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with operational leaders to align the colleague experience with Hyatt’s purpose of caring for people so they can be their best. You will also drive a culture that champions Hyatt’s Leadership expectations and values, prioritizing wellbeing, experimentation and inclusion.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Develop and implement an effective learning development plan fostering a culture of continuous improvement growth.Facilitate the onboarding process through Orientation and work with Managers / Service Coaches to effectively induct colleagues into their department Facilitate all training modules Develop new training materials and creatively re-imagine training that is engaging relevant to all audiences Actively partner with operational managers to provide coaching support in line with the needs of the business.Support the Director of Human Resources and team with other day to day operations of the department as required including but not limited to recruitment, colleague activations and grievances.
