The opportunity:
Lead Learning and Org Dev Support role is a critical business partner to the Manager of Design and Divisional L&D Lead, as well as to their divisional HR partners. Seen as a key support role, enabling strategy through the design of effective learning solutions for our frontline employees and functional management team members, as assigned. This individual works with the Manager of Design, HR and Business Unit leaders to identify needs, partner with SMEs, and design and deliver learning solutions that can be delivered through our core learning processes (orientation, onboarding, job certification and certification and developmental learning tools) They are responsible for using their knowledge on learning design to create (ADDIE model, or other design models) solutions that change behaviors, enable performance and improve our employee experiences. As a key contributor to the division this team member will support the delivery and scale of learning solutions through an assigned area. Their ability to communicate, drive projects and enable change management partnered with L&D, HR and the business, is critical to their success.

Lead and manage delivery of multiple L&D design projects (including assessment/ measurement – to scale and continuously improve world class learning experiences).Key support for implementation and scale of L&D content designed for operations & our frontline employeesAble to solve complex problems through needs analysis manage multiple projects & delivery timelines at one time, using core project management tools like team charters, project timelines & strong communication cadence/ methods to customers & stakeholders Design and delivery expertise in both classroom & e-learning modalities, as needed Oversee the measurement strategy (course evaluation process) including attendee and facilitator feedback, and create an opportunity to share course data with stakeholdersDeliver and support a high level of customer service in all interactionsPrioritize projects to support department’s ability to deliver needed outcomes Demonstrate and incorporate adult learning expertise and instructional design best practices while developing synchronous and asynchronous curricula and learning materialsManage and partner with content vendors as needed to ensure learning solution deliveryResponsible to administer the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) – Able to build, track and assign trainingResponsible to ensure training documentation is stored, linked, and utilized as a part of the training process in a systemic wayDeploy ADDIE model to create world class learning experiences to close skill gaps and provide opportunities for upskilling and continuous development Provide an innovative and customer first mindset, while considering emerging technologies, as you strive to reduce risk, leverage synergies, and build sustainable learning experiencesAdditional duties as assignedWhat you need to succeed:
