As the Learning & Development (L&D) Associate, you ensure all the details and arrangements are in place to support seamless execution of learning and development initiatives. You bring detailed oriented organizational skills to support program management and execution, enabling the L&D team to effectively meet the needs of a fast growing business.
Job responsibilities Manage preparation for all core training programs including coordinating planning, organization of resources, communication with stakeholders, confirmation and prep of facilitators, material and communications preparation. Support L&D communication design, planning and execution. Manage Learning Management System (LMS) set up and maintenance. Manage learning platform licenses. Support project management tasks including status reporting, metrics gathering and analysis and risk/issue management. Assist in the creation of new training content and materials. Support in the management of the Personal Development Budget including fielding. questions, managing the exception review process and auditing budget usage. Partner with the L&D team in the strategic L&D initiatives as needed. Other duties as assigned. Job qualifications Technical Skills Experience in learning and development related roles or adjacent functions e.g. People Ops, Talent, HRM ideally in a technology or professional services environment. Professional Skills Proficient in English - excellent written & verbal skills. Succinct and professional communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to quickly build rapport with all sorts of people. Incredibly strong organization, follow-through, time and knowledge management skills. Experience with Google Suite tools for collaboration. Ability to multitask and prioritize based on immediate and future needs. Resourceful. Able to navigate in areas that are light on structure/process. A sense of urgency and ability to thrive in ambiguity (makes order out of chaos). Comfortable working in environments that are culturally diverse, fast-paced and always changing. A fast learner. Able to get up to speed quickly and share that knowledge with others. Comfortable working with, collaborating and supporting distributed teams and individuals. Resilient.
