Job Description

As a Learning Design Specialist, you will play a key role in developing high-quality training materials to support learning initiatives tied to marketing transformation. Working with cross-functional subject matter experts, you will design engaging content, including presentations, written materials, and interactive modules, that communicates key messages and drive adoption.

Responsibilities:

Develop a variety of training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, written guides, and interactive modulesCollaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to gather input and align content with specific learning goalsWrite clear, engaging, and well-structured content that supports marketing transformation initiativesYou will help develop playbooks and other supporting documentationEnsure consistency in design and format across all training materialsAdapt materials to reflect evolving business needs and feedback from stakeholders

QualificationsSignificant experience in fields such as account management, change management, adult learning/instruction, and creative designStrong design skills in PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging presentationsStrong writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling contentExperience in marketing, with a preferred focus on content creation & technologyStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage content development in a dynamic environmentFamiliarity with interactive training tools and e-learning platforms
