As the Content Manager for Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) for AU Delivery Services org, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining learning content across multiple platforms. This role combines strategic content planning with hands-on content development to support our learning initiatives across AU Delivery Services. You will work closely with Learning Coordinators, Operations teams, and WW stakeholders to ensure high-quality, consistent learning materials that drive operational excellence.
Key job responsibilities
Content Strategy & Development
- Design and implement content strategy aligned with learning objectives
- Create and maintain standardized templates and style guides
- Develop multi-modal learning content (written, video, interactive)
- Ensure content accessibility and compliance with standards
• Project Management
- Manage content development lifecycle from conception to deployment
- Establish and maintain content calendar and priorities
- Track content performance metrics and
- Lead content review and approval processes
• Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with SMEs to capture and translate technical knowledge
- Partner with Operations teams to ensure content relevancy
- Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders
- Facilitate content review sessions and feedback incorporation
