Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Learning Consultant/Instructional Designer. Responsibilities: * Under the guidance of the Manager of Talent Practices, design a standardized and comprehensive approach for designing and delivering train-the-trainer programs focused on talent development and team development solutions * Partner closely with the Manager to document and map the talent review and succession planning processes that the company recently launched * Facilitate Insights Discovery and newly-created team development solutions whose aim is to increase team effectiveness * In partnership with the Manager, design and develop train-the-trainer programs and resources for these team solutions using the same standardized and comprehensive train-the-trainer approach for talent review and succession planning processes * Collaborate with our HR Business Partner team to collect input and feedback for building and developing the train-the-trainer programs they will engage in * Use proven best practices for design and delivery approaches and adapt them to our organization and its mission; This includes the design and execution of talent review and succession planning programs that address the workforce capabilities, skills, and competencies needed to attain current and future goals of the business
