As a member of the Global Learning and Development team, you are responsible for:
• Collaborate closely with business leaders to develop deep understanding of key organizational capabilities and current/future gaps. Identify business challenges, list desired outcomes and select target audience(s) for capability upskilling programs.
• Partner with Global Learning and Capabilities Development content team to define ideal solutions for design and delivery of innovative, contextualized capability development initiatives that incorporate best-practice learning approaches, cutting-edge education technology and performance support tools.
• Deliver innovative and impactful learning programs, digital learning journeys, and career experiences to build the skills needed for today and tomorrow to ensure a holistic career development.
• Coach and develop skills and capabilities of junior team members in training conceptualization / design, content development, and implementation. Socialize capability building offerings and resources.
• Assess upskilling ecosystem maturity, shape talent development strategies, and reinforce learning as a key lever to accelerate the delivery of business outcomes.
• Develop and sustain reporting and measurement processes to evaluate learning program value.
• Conduct learner research to better understand program outcomes. •Use project management skills to define and meet project milestones, communicate issues and risks in a timely manner, and manage expectations for projects.
