JOB SUMMARY: The Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist designs, develops, and delivers training programs and workshops to enhance employee performance and drive the success of the organization. This role focuses on creating learning opportunities that align with both personal development and organizational objectives, ensuring continuous improvement across various business functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to assess skill gaps and identify training needs and objectives.
• Design and develop training programs, workshops, and materials tailored to the needs of different departments and job roles.
• Facilitate engaging and informative training sessions using a variety of methods, including instructor-led training, e-learning, workshops, and simulations.
• Utilize instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences that maximize employee engagement and knowledge retention.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Continuously update and improve training materials and methods based on feedback and industry best practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments to ensure training programs remain relevant and effective.
• Collaborate with external vendors, subject matter experts, and training professionals to supplement internal training efforts as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and training materials.
• In collaboration with the HRBP, develop and implement effective succession planning strategies to identify and nurture high-potential talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled individuals ready to step into critical roles within the organization.
• Serve as the administrator and owner of the Learning Management System.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a learning & development specialist, trainer, instructional designer, or in a similar role.
• In-depth understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training tools/software. ADP LMS experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt training strategies to different learning styles and audience needs.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
**Pay Details:** $100,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
