Primary Responsibilities
This role is accountable for:
Training
Facilitation of training, including operational, leadership, soft skills training, among other interventions Track and analyze effectiveness of training programs and impact on the job Conducting training needs analysis and identifying employee’s training needs. Develop and update training materials to reflect needs at operational level and support continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with planning and implementation of new training programs in line with best practice and business requirements. Conduct practical and theoretical training and ensure course content is relevant and meets the needs of learners. Ensure all planning is in line with production schedules. Delivers various learning interventions, including classroom, one-on-one coaching, on-the-job training, and one-on-one assessment. Coach and Mentor learners within the business. Contribute towards organizational legal compliance to relevant legislation e.g., Skills Development Act.

Qualifications & Experience
Grade 12 \ N3 Certificate (Mandatory) Diploma in Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices OD ETDP (Mandatory) National Certificate in a relevant Technical Qualification (Mining / Engineering Trade) (Mandatory) BCom or BA degree with specialization in Human Resources would be a strong advantage Engineering degree or diploma would be a strong advantage Drivers’ License (Mandatory) Computer Literacy in Microsoft and related packages (Mandatory) Learning Management System experience (SAP/SuccessFactors or other system(s) 5-10 years’ Relevant experience within a heavy Industry/ Mining/ Production Environment (Mandatory)
