Learning and Development Manager
 Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with business managers and HR department to design and implement training programs. Manage budgets for training and development initiatives. Develop effective induction programs for new employees. Conduct performance appraisals. Create individualized learning plans for employees. Produce training materials and monitor and review trainee progress. Stay updated with developments in training and learning techniques. Support improvement in performance outcomes through the development of targeted learning interventions. Oversee the effective use of Training Systems, such as TYPSY to manage and evaluate learning. Manage local regulatory engagements and submissions on skill development and compliance.  
Qualifications and Skills:
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate Relevant certifications in training and development are a plus and / or Human Resource qualification. Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager or similar role Strong understanding of learning and development principles Familiarity with learning management systems and training software
