A Day in the Life:Manage the Flynn Coaching Program which includes supporting stakeholders, generating reports and presentations, and executing promotional campaigns.Update training resources using Adobe PDF Editor, PowerPoint, Canva, Camtasia and Articulate.Oversee shared email inbox and responding to all inquiries.Support the development and maintenance of an in-house application by working with subject matter experts on content, additional features, and improvements.Assist with Learning and Development presentations, workshops, conferences, and custom content where needed.Support leadership and development workshops by managing vendors, arranging transportation, and organizing swag.Support logistics for our Flynn University series of live and virtual classroom courses.Assist with Talent Management and Learning Management Systems and processes where needed.
What You Bring:Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field (Mandatory)Minimum three years of experience Learning or Training position Advanced working knowledge of Camtasia, Articulate or other eLearning authoring tools.Experience working with Learning Management Systems.Technologically savvy and able to pick up new products and processes with ease.Advanced verbal and written communication skills Exceptional team player with a strong customer service orientation.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is an asset.
