Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality training on Merchandise Planning Systems to support new and existing system capabilities and initiatives. Address the training needs for new businesses, such as Tapestry. Ensure users are proficient with the TFG’s new and existing systems such as: Supporting the agile training requirements of RONE Supporting the training requirements for the new Merchandise Integrated Planning and Trade (IPaT) toolset. Engage with stakeholders to understand training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development. Develop and update training materials, guides, and documentation to support learning initiatives. Conduct refresher training sessions across the planning community to drive process and system standardisation. Collaborate closely with colleagues in the Learning and Change team to align training interventions with strategic goals. Gather feedback from business to continuously improve training programs and materials. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to enhance learning outcomes.Qualifications and Experience:
A relevant tertiary qualification. At least 5 years of experience in Merchandise Planning. Prior experience in coaching and knowledge transfer. Understanding of TFG Systems is desirable.Skills:
